Palermo Soho is a part of Palermo Viejo which is a part of the biggest barrio in Buenos Aires - Palermo. Due to its size and differences between particular zones it's divided into smaller areas like Palermo Soho for example. Generally speaking Palermo is considered as the most expensive, safe and sophisticated neighbourhood, specially the business area with skyscrapers, luxury shops, restaurants and international inhabitants. The Soho part is not so chic and business oriented, rather bohemian, with small climatic cafes and shops, tranquil plazas and American visitors passing by.
