Vicuña

Vicuña is one of these towns one would like to spend the old years in. A green square that concentrates the tranquil life of the locals, a couple of empty streets with lines of low, decend houses leading to the vineyards and mountain paths, some simple shops and this is it... In brief - positively intoxicating atmosphere of idleness and sweet doing nothing...
One remark: a place rarely frequented by tourists so you cannot feel anonymously. Here everybody knows everybody thus be prepared to the people's eyes fixed on you:)

Another reason to see Vicuña is to see the place of birth of a famous Chilean poet Nobel Prized Gabriela Mistral.
